Q: How much do your services cost?
All of our services are available
free of charge
and we
do not require insurance. Please bring a valid form of identification like a driver's license or passport when you come in.
Q: Do I qualify for help?
We take clients up to 30 weeks of pregnancy. There are no income requirements or other pre-qualifications.
Q: Are appointments confidential?
Your privacy is our priority. All medical and personal information is kept strictly confidential.
Q: When can I come in?
You can request an appointment here and we will schedule you at the earliest available time. We do take walk-in's but that does not guarantee a same-day appointment. We recommend calling in advance to schedule.
Q: Why are sonorgrams important?
A confirmation ultrasound can give you important medical information about what's happening inside your body. It can determine the viability, location and the gestational age (how far along you are) of your pregnancy.
Q: What support is available if I continue with the pregnancy?
At Columbia Pregnancy Center we offer several resources to help you during and after your pregnancy. After your first appointment, you will have access to material assistance, support groups, parenting classes, and community referrals. One of our compassionate client advocates will walk alongside you during your journey. All resources are available to you up to one year after birth.
Q: Can I come to the center for diapers only?
You must be a client to receive material assistance. If you are an emergency situation, we can provide a one-time care package with essentials including diapers, wipes and baby clothes. Please click here for more diaper resources.
